History

Origin

On October 5, 1998, in the town of mandarins, located in Villa Del Rosario, Entre Rios, LA CALANDRIA was born. At that time, the company only had a few hectares of citrus crops, but thanks to the tireless effort and sacrifice of Don Daniel and Doña Dora, this project began to come to life. Over the years, their dedication and passion for growing mandarins and other citrus fruits transformed that small plot of land into a thriving project.

Evolution

Over the years, La Calandria has experienced remarkable growth. Today, it owns more than 200 hectares of arable land and has managed to implement state-of-the-art packaging. This modern packaging has cold chambers, which guarantees the optimal preservation of the products. In addition, in recent years, La Calandria has taken a step towards sustainability by incorporating solar panels that provide energy for self-consumption.

Consolidation

On April 1, 2024, LA CALANDRIA underwent a significant change: Orestes and Santiago Stivanello, continuing the family legacy, took the reins of the company. With a modern vision, the new leaders have taken the company to new heights, always keeping alive the spirit of hard work and respect for tradition that characterized its founders.
